Refund policy

All items sold by THE KEITT are made-to-order.

Due to the custom nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We will only replace items that arrive damaged upon delivery. To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide their order number along with clear photos of the damaged item.

We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, shipping delays, or personal preference.
